In Fairfield, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Ohio vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 9 am–5 pm. It is closed on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (513) 291-7668. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
Customers rate it 4.5 out of 5 on Google across 30 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded auto repair shops in Fairfield.

John Brumley and Matt repeatedly lied to me. They were not honest and I suspect they are scammers. Matt incorrectly diagnosed the issue, lied to me multiple times, then replaced the wrong part. John told me that they take all forms of payment except check, but when Matt began work on the car, Matt told me I could only pay with cash or through CashApp. I didn’t have a working car to be able to withdraw cash.. John promised a refund of the labor but it has been a month with no refund. I’ve given him multiple chances but now he has stopped responding. To quote John, “Hey, it’s a scary world out there there’s a lot of people that 100% will take advantage of women and younger people and people who don’t know their stuff mechanically”. Don’t let John Brumley take advantage of you.

Had my BMW for 4 days and had to get my driver window figured out and found John. Not only did he quote me cheaper than the other shops around he also gave me a military discount which I do truly appreciate. He took initiative to source parts I needed on his own and get the job done. Also, in my opinion he’s got a great attitude and seems like an easy going guy. Awesome work. 100% will come back if I need more work.
